Remote Learning Resources

  • Pupils in KS2 are already familiar with TT Rockstars, and should have their login already.
  • Pupils in KS2 have a login for Prodigy maths.
  • You can create a free login to Oxford Owls to access free e-books for reading at home.
  • BBC Bitesize has some child-friendly videos, quizzes and guides right across the curriculum to access from Reception to Year 6 (and secondary too).
  • CBBC Moodboosters are fun, mindfulness and movement sessions for all the family
  • It can really help to split tasks up throughout the day, with movement breaks such as a walk, some yoga or playing in the garden in between. The children might like to make a timetable for their day so they can visualise it and plan their own other fun tasks and breaks.
  • If you don't have a printer, copying and completing on paper is also just as good!

Friday 10th January 2025

Well done everyone on all your hard work yesterday, it was lovely to see some photos of what you had been busy with!

The resources for Friday 10th January are saved below, underneath the resources from Thursday 9th January. All the resources you need for your child today will begin with their class name and today's date e.g. 'Class 1 Friday 10th January Maths'

We have kept the work from Thursday as well in case you were still working on it or haven't got to something yet and wanted to do it today.

For Class 2 and 3 Art - you may not have snow for this any more! In which case you might like to design or craft something, this could be on paper, using materials or on the computer or a tablet!

We know that every family will have different circumstances which will affect whether children are able to complete the tasks. If children are able to complete some or all of them then that would be great, however if you're not in a position to be able to do some or any then please don't worry.

Any completed work can be brought back into school on our return or please share any photos with us at primary@calderlearningtrust.com.

If you need any help with anything, please email us and we will endeavour to assist.

Thank you!
