Complaints procedure
Should parents have any complaint or wish to speak about an aspect of school life they are asked to contact their child’s Form Tutor in the first instance. Heads of Year and Deputy Headteachers are available to assist as necessary. Should the outcome remain unsatisfactory, parents are asked email complaints@calderlearningtrust.com, which will be picked up by the Headteacher's PA.

If a complaint cannot be resolved at this level it may be referred to the Governing Body by contacting the Headteachers PA, Jane Mason.
